Christopher Newport's 50th Anniversary is our time to celebrate! The 50th Anniversary year kicked off with a bang in September with the Virginia Symphony Concert 'Under the Stars' sponsored by W.M. Jordan and the 50th Anniversary Weekend sponsored by Smithfield Foods. October continued the celebration with a very festive Family Weekend and Homecoming along with many other exciting activities. Throughout the year we will continue to celebrate this historic milestone with a variety of events from lecture series to parties. We are looking forward to seeing all of our Christopher Newport family and friends back on campus throughout this incredible year that has been 50 years in the making!
