Students come to Christopher Newport University from every region in Virginia, 25 other states, and several foreign nations.
They embark on their own CNU adventure for a variety of reasons - from our outstanding Honors Program to our unique President’s Leadership Program. Their destinations range from the stage to the boardroom; their tools range from test tubes to paint brushes. The stops they make on their journey may be different, but underlying it all, CNU students share some important characteristics - intellectual curiosity, a commitment to honesty and integrity, and a respect for the people around them.
