Bryant Named Third Team All-Region STERLING, VA - Christopher Newport women's basketball player Candace Bryant was named to the Third Team All-South Region by D3hoops.com Tuesday evening. Bryant, a sophomore forward from VA Beach, VA, led the Lady Captains in scoring and rebounding, averaging 15 points and 11 rebounds. She was also a Second Team All-USA South Conference selection. She finished the year shooting 46% from the field and finished with 26 assists, 20 blocks and 29 steals. CNU finished the year 10-16 overall and 7-7 in conference play. |
