Principal Owner Eric is currently a Principal owner of The Lee Group, an Executive Search and Staffing company with offices in Newport News and Chesapeake. The Lee Group provides recruitment and placement services on a local and national level ranging from mid-level positions to the corporate officer tier. The Lee Group also provides temporary and contract staffing services for their clients locally through its clerical and industrial staffing divisions. Eric’s career with The Lee Group began in 1999 as a Search Consultant specializing in the placement of engineering professionals. Over the years, Eric added other areas of specialty including accounting & finance and human resources. During that time he continued to rise through the ranks being promoted from Search Consultant to Senior Consultant to Manager of the Executive Search Division. Ultimately in January, 2007, Eric and his (now) Partners purchased The Lee Group and continue to focus on the growth of the business and providing superior service to their clients. Eric is a 1998 graduate of CNU earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He is an active member on the Board of Directors for the Peninsula Council for Workforce Development. In addition to serving on the Board of Advisors for the Joseph W. Luter III School of Business, Eric is also actively involved with the CNU Alumni Association and their Career Connection program. He was also recently appointed as President of the newly formed CNU Alumni Peninsula Chapter. Eric is a native of the peninsula and currently lives in Williamsburg with his wife and daughter. He enjoys just about all outdoor activities and is always up for an invitation to play golf!
