CEO Mr. Pearce is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is past Chairman and current member of the Greater Peninsula Now, Inc., and serves on the boards of The Peninsula Community Foundation and Board of Advisors Christopher Newport University. Mr. Pearce has served as a board member of Hampton Roads Partnership, Virginia Health Network, The Virginia Air and Space Museum, An Achievable Dream and other community groups. Mr. Pearce has conducted educational seminars on long term care staffing and scheduling for the Virginia Health Care Association.
