Vice President-Commercial Leanding C&F Bank Jocelyn is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Hampton University with a Master of Science in Management and obtained the Personal Financial Planner designation from the Center for Executive Development at Old Dominion University. Jocelyn is currently Vice President and Commercial Banker for C & F Bank in the City Center section of Newport News. Jocelyn is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Board of the Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula and has served as a member of the Employer Advisory Board for the School of Business at ECPI. Jocelyn and her husband, Jesse Thrower, have lived in this community for 20 years.
