Profile: Pam Pringle was born in Dublin, Ireland. She received a BA in Business and History from Brock University, and an MBA from McMaster University in Ontario Canada. Pam has taught at both Brock University and McMaster University. Pam and her family moved to Virginia and she began at Christopher Newport University in the School of Business in 2001. She became the Assistant Director of the Luter School of Business in the Fall of 2011. She also teaches workshops on Critical and Creative Thinking in Old Dominion University in both the MBA program and their Executive Certificate Program. She has her own consulting business and provides training in critical and creative thinking and teamwork. In the classroom her goal is to provide an active learning environment in which students engage in projects that apply the material that is being discussed. Pam is a member of the Academy of Management. As Assistant Director of the School of Business Pam’s key goals are to increase the availability of Academic Internships, mentorships and scholarships for business students.
