Tuition Pay (Monthly Payment Plan)
THIS PLAN IS AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE FALL!
This plan allows you to pay your ANNUAL tuition and fees (Fall and Spring) in 10 equal monthly installments. This plan is not available for Summer Terms. The plan begins in June with the last payment due in March. Participation in the plan is on an annual basis at an annual cost of $55.00. When determining the amount to budget, please consider tuition and fees for FALL AND SPRING terms, applied music fees, and room and board (if applicable). You may use this plan if you are a full-time or part-time student.
YOU MAY NOT USE THIS PLAN FOR ONLY ONE TERM. Your fall term tuition and fees must be paid in full by the 5th payment, which you will make in October of the academic year. If this payment does not pay your fall term charges, your transcript will be held, and you will not be permitted to register for the spring term. The University assesses a $50.00 late payment fee for each payment that is made to Tuition Pay late. This fee is payable directly to the University.
The final deadline for enrolling in the Tuition Pay plan for each academic year is August 1st of the academic year. Visit their website www.tuitionpay.com for more information. You may enroll online beginning May 1.
To assist you in calculating your payment contract for the year, the annual tuition and fees and room and board charges are listed below. Room charges may vary depending on your Residence Hall. Surcharges may be applied based on room occupancy and multiple meal plan options may be offered.

You are responsible for verifying your account balance with CNU to insure all charges are paid in full. If the total amount of your invoice will not be paid by your October payment, there is a possible problem and you should contact the Student Accounts Office at (757) 594-7582. Tuition Pay payments are due on the first of the month, but not disbursed to CNU until the end of the month. Therefore, you must track the payments anticipated when viewing a billing from CNU.
