Summer Tuition and Fees and Refund Policy

There is no full-time rate for undergraduate and graduate summer courses. Students will pay the hourly rate for all courses taken.  It is the student's responsibility to pay all summer tuition charges on or before the first day of classes for each summer term, or by the payment deadline published for that term, whichever comes first.

Federal Stafford Loan funds will not be disbursed until the beginning of the term that brings your total summer credits to 6 hours.  For example, if you enroll in Term I for 3 hours and Term III for 3 hours, funds will not be disbursed until the beginning of Term III. If you receive a refund from Summer Term 1 or Summer Term 2 and are intending to take classes in Summer Term 3, please be advised that you will need to use all or a portion of your refund to pay for Term 3 classes by the due date.

You can look at your student account online by logging in to your CNU Live account, select Tuition & Fees, and then click on View Accounts from the left menu.  Account Status is a real time view of your student account charges.  This is also where you can see a history of your bills as well as set up an Authorized Payer.  When you set up your parents as an Authorized Payer, they will be able to see your account and bills.  For more information, visit our website http://businessoffice.cnu.edu/viewpaybill.html .

Failure to access your bill online does not waive the student's responsibility to pay their tuition in a timely manner.  Summer Term classes may be cancelled for non-payment after the start of classes for each term.
