William M. Donaldson is President and Founder of Strategic Venture Planning, LLC, which provides management consultancy specializing in strategic planning, plan execution, management development, growth capital, and organizational transitions. Over the course of his successful career, Mr. Donaldson has held senior management positions within seven different companies, many of which he sold and others he led through the process of going public. His prior positions include: President, CEO, and Board Member of PAR Technologies; CFO and President of Subsidiary companies within Earl Industries; Founder, Chairman and CEO of MAXX Material Handling; President, CEO and Board Member of Hughes-JVC Technology Corporation; President, CEO and Board Member of nView Corporation; President and COO of CHW Services Corporation; and President of Aeronautical Research Associates of Princeton. Mr. Donaldson holds a BS in Manufacturing and Management from North Carolina State and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
