Rear Admiral (ret.) Michael Tracy is Senior Vice President of Bank of America, where he is the lead Crisis Management Executive, overseeing a team that manages event and crisis response to operational and business impacts to the Bank. Prior to his joining Bank of America in November 2007, he led a distinguished career within the U.S. Navy, which included Commander of Submarine Squadron Eight, the Atlantic Submarine Forces Chief of Command, Commander of Submarine Squadron Two and Navy Region Northeast, Director of Submarine Warfare, and Commander of Cruiser Destroyer Group Two. He completed his military service as the Director of Strategic Plans and Policy (J5) at U.S Pacific Command, retiring in October 2007.
