We have already contacted the Air Force Association (AFA) and urged them to hold their annual Gala at your facility, I'm sure you would do an amazing job. I intend to let as many people as I can know just how impressed we were with working with you. I'd also like to send something to the folks at CNU administration to let them know how happy we were, how professional you and your folks were, and how every time we had a question, it seemed you were six steps ahead of us and attending to a level of detail we had not even thought about yet. We indeed had a ball, and you folks made that all happen.

Three months after our wedding, our guests are still raving about our reception at the David Student Union and the impeccable service they received. From the time they entered the building until the time they exited, they were made to feel as if they were royalty. So many of our guests commented on how well attended they were by the catering staff, both at the cocktail hour and the dinner reception. As a matter of fact, several of the guests commented that they had NEVER received such excellent service.

In addition to the wonderful service, guests could not stop raving about the delicious food, both at the social hour and the dinner, as well as the beautiful presentation. Not only was the food superb but, even with our unexpected delay, it was kept and served warm to our guests. The bridal party was especially grateful to the staff for preparing plates of food from the cocktail hour, and for leaving them at the head table.

Regarding the facility, itself, everyone commented on how beautiful it is. They were mesmerized by the beauty and grandeur of the ballroom. Few of our guests had ever attended a function there, and so they were pleasantly surprised upon entering the ballroom. The setup of the pre-function lobby, which included various seating and tables, created a warm, comfortable setting which was ideal for socializing.

Both from a facility and a catering standpoint, we felt very fortunate to have been able to have worked with such a wonderful staff. It was a true pleasure working with Alicia Brown, Assistant Director of the David Student Union; Erika Nestler, Head Chef and Catering Director; and Christine Laurent, Catering Manager. All three were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. They listened to our requests, offered helpful information and, oftentimes, much-needed advice, and created an elegant affair.

Throughout the evening, as well as during the planning stages, the staff was extremely attentive - and responded to any requests without hesitation. They were friendly, professional and efficient, and helped to make our reception the beautiful and magical event we envisioned it to be. For that, we will forever be appreciative.

They were surprised when I said CNU. You definitely are a hidden gem. I give all of you five stars for presentation, service and exceptionally tasteful dishes.
