As part of the Christopher Newport University family, Dining Services shares the University's "Students First" philosophy. The CNU Dining Services team is committed first and foremost to our students. Every member of our Dining Services team holds an "open door" policy in which students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to discuss their likes and dislikes in order to make proactive changes. Students and staff are also able to contact the Director of Dining Services directly through a suggestion form available here on the Dining Services website.

Students are also encouraged to bring in their favorite recipes from home so that they can be incorporated into the weekly menu rotation.

Our team also works closely with the Student Government Association to address student concerns and make changes to meet our students' needs and wants. In their strive to maintain an unparalleled standard of excellence, all of our managers and staff are eager to incorporate new ideas and trends.
