Dining Services' "theme meals" are immensely popular among students, faculty, and
staff. These meals, hosted in Regatta's and The Commons numerous times throughout the year, are
a feast for both the eye and palate. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to stop by for all- you-
can- eat crab legs, shrimp cocktail, steak, chicken wings, prime rib, and other delicious menu items.
Also be sure to check out the special vending stations set up in both The Commons and Regatta's
that serve chocolate fondue, fresh sliced roast beef, pulled BBQ pork, and specialty drinks.
