The Center for Wetland Conservation (CWC) fosters research, service, and instruction in environmental science at CNU while working to improve Virginia’s aquatic resources.

The CWC has a student-centered approach which extends the relationship between students, faculty, environmental science professionals, and the community. Students at many levels, including graduate, undergraduate, and K-12, are directly involved with project design, research implementation, and conference presentations.
