If you have a PIN number, you can sign your FAFSA electronically.
Parents can also sign electronically with a their own PIN. If
you don't have a PIN, you can apply for one now by going to
http://www.pin.ed.gov
or you can print a signature page from the FAFSA, sign it, and
mail it to the address provided. For general questions, you
