Then you should think about becoming a Fitness Instructor or a Personal Trainer!
Learn the foundations of fitness, including basic anatomy, exercise physiology, health screening, exercise programming/design, nutrition and more! If you are interested in pursuing a fitness certification, this course will help you prepare for the test. Even if you are not interested in certification, you may consider taking the course just to learn more about fitness!
Current CNU students, faculty/staff and eligible members may register. Visit the Trieshmann Health and Fitness Pavilion Welcome Desk, complete the registration form and submit the course payment (Captain's cash, cash, MasterCard or VISA).
