        Master of Science  in  Applied Physics and Computer Science,  

                                           Master of Science in Environmental Science

                                               and      Master of Arts in Teaching.

Each program offers opportunities for student involvement in regionally

and nationally recognized research programs as well as small classes

with personal attention.

Welcome!  Thank you for your interest in graduate study at Christopher Newport University.  I am pleased

that you have chosen to continue your educational and career development , and invite you to explore the exceptional graduate opportunities we have available. We offer two outstanding Master of Science (MS) degree programs in Applied Physics and Computer Science and in Environmental Science.  Additionally,    we offer an excellent Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree and licensure program, which also prepares students for teacher licensure in many areas, from Art to Elementary Education, Mathematics and more.
