Founded in 2007 by CNU students, faculty, and staff, the Mid-Atlantic Leadership Review (MLR, formerly the Undergraduate Leadership Review) is an online journal that is published twice annually. It represents the sole undergraduate leadership journal currently produced.
The Mid-Atlantic Leadership Review promotes undergraduate leadership development, providing a forum for undergraduate students of leadership studies, professors at the undergraduate level, collegiate staff involved in leadership development, and other leadership practitioners to publish their research works and experiences.
