Editor - Sean Heuvel, M.A., M.Ed.
Sean Heuvel is a CNU faculty member who serves in the Department of Leadership and American Studies. A member of the department since 2006, his teaching responsibilities include courses in foundations of leadership, leadership through the ages, and cross-cultural leadership. A historian by trade, Prof. Heuvel specializes in Revolutionary War and Civil War history, the history of higher education, and the college presidency. He holds a B.A. in government as well as an M.Ed. in educational leadership (higher education focus) from the College of William and Mary. Prof. Heuvel also holds an M.A. in history from the University of Richmond and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in educational leadership from William and Mary. Active in CNU study abroad programs, he has lectured at Harris Manchester College, Oxford University in the United Kingdom. As editor, Prof. Heuvel leads the ULR's overall production operations and stragetic planning efforts. He also manages the ULR website.
Associate Editor - Molly Waters, M.A.
Molly Waters is a CNU faculty member who serves in the Department of Leadership and American Studies. A member of the department since 2011, her teaching responsibilities include courses in foundations of leadership and leading change. She holds a B.A. in communication studies from Christopher Newport University and an M.A. in organizational leadership from Regent University. Prof. Waters is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in communication and rhetoric at Regent. As associate editor, she leads the marketing and outreach efforts for the ULR . Prof. Waters also serves as a faculty reviewer.
