Voting for the People's Choice Award will begin on facebook in March at www.facebook.edu/CNUstudyabroad Eligibility: The CNU International Photo Contest is open to all CNU students, faculty and staff who have recently studied, traveled, volunteered or worked abroad. Submission Deadline: Photos and entry forms must be submitted via email by Midnight on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. You may enter up to 3 photos. *All cash prize winners must file a W-9 form before receiving cash or gift cards. Faculty & Staff Prizes: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and People’s Choice winners will receive gifts at the Photo Contest on March 28th. Contest: Students photos will be judged in a separate category from Faculty and Staff. We are looking for photographs that communicate a cross-cultural or international experience. Examples include: Submitting Photos: All entries must be sent via email to Amanda.Work@cnu.edu with the subject “Photo Contest Entry”. Please send photos as ATTACHMENTS and not in the body of the email. The following information must be included in the email for each photo: 2. Title of Photo AND file name 3. City and country where photo was taken 4. Name of Program (if attending a study abroad or CNU sponsored program) 5. Short description of photograph (ex. Date taken, why you like the photo, etc) Judging: A panel including CNU students, faculty and staff will be appointed by the study abroad coordinator as judges and will review all entries. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be selected and presented at the International Photo Contest on March 28, 2012 in the DSU main floor from 11am -2pm. People’s Choice Award: Judging will take place on online at www.facebook.com/CNUstudyabroad The photo with the most “likes” wins the People’s Choice Award. Online voting will begin on Thursday March 1 and will end on Thursday March 22 at 5pm. Winners Announced: Winners will be announced at the International Photo Contest on March 28, 2012 in the DSU main floor from 11am -2pm.
