Ferguson Center for the Arts
The Ferguson Center for the Arts is complete. The Theater Program moved into this
state-of-the-art residence summer 2004, and began producing in this facility
fall 2004 (Dancing at Lughnasa and Romeo and Juliet).
This is a very special time for the Theater Program, indeed
a special time in CNU's history. The addition of the new Ferguson Center,
to our already vital and vibrant theater program, will enable us to continue
our considerable momentum in establishing a national presence in the arts.
Great things are on the horizen for us and our audiences.
The Ferguson Center of
the Arts houses three state-of-of-the-art theaters and faciliites:

The Performing Arts Center also houses
new scenic and costume studios, computer and lighting labs,
extensive rehearsal facilities and state of the art teaching
and learning spaces. Simply put, it will be the finest performing
arts complex in the state of Virginia.

The newly appointed Executive
Director is William
Biddle. Biddle has more than 20 years experience working in
the arts, presenting, producing, directing and/or designing more
than 100 shows at both the university and professional level.
