  • Do you know the information before the test, but draw a blank when you receive the test?
  • Do you have high levels of anxiety before or during the test that prevents you from focusing?
  • Do you experience a fast heartbeat, sweating, chills, or shortness of breath before or during the test?
  • Do tests stress you out?

You are not alone if you get anxious before taking tests.  The Center hosts regular gatherings of students who experience test anxiety.

Come join us Fridays at 9:00 a.m. in the Center for Academic Success, Trible Library Room 240, to learn more about reducing your anxiety while taking tests. This group will meet throughout the entire semester to discuss challenges to test-taking and ways to overcome them.
