Website updates / changes or Cascade Server request
We encourage all departments on campus to designate a content manager for their website.
If there is no content manager for your department's website or your content manager is unavailable, you may request a website update or change through our request system. Using this system, we can more effectively track the type and frequency of requests that come to our office.
Please use this system for all Cascade Server requests as well. These include resetting your password or resolving a minor technical issue.
Please note: We hope you will respect our need for this policy and abide by this procedure. Any email requests sent directly to our office will be returned to you for submission through the our request system. Thank you.
If a content manager has not been designated for your office, please have your supervisor contact our webmaster, Maggie Vaughan, at maggie.vaughan@cnu.edu to discuss possible candidates or alternative solutions to your website maintenance.
