To select ALL course subjects, select "All Courses" which is the last selection in the Course Subject drop down box.
To select multiple course subjects, hold the CTRL button (PC) or the clover button (Mac) while selecting the course subject(s) with your mouse
To select a range of course subjects, select the first course subject with the mouse, then while holding down the SHIFT key, select the last course subject with the mouse.
Check the box that says "Download Results to file" if you wish to save the results of your query to your computer.
When a course is selected, the row will turn
yellow
. when the course is deselected, it will return to its original color.
To download the schedule of classes (after searching for the desired Schedule of Classes):
if the browser is Internet Explorer and the user has Microsoft Excel installed on the machine, clicking on the link will automatically open the file in excel (this will require some user formatting)
if the browser is NETSCAPE, then place the mouse over the link, click on the right button and "save link target as...". you will then be able to save the file to your hard drive.
if the browser is MOZILLA (or any derivative; i.e. Firefox), then place the mouse over the link, click on the right button and "save link to disk". The file will then be saved to the hard drive.
if the browser is OPERA, then click on the link. the browser will prompt you to save the file or open it.
